Like many great adventures, ours started outdoors.

As lovers of the sun, the sea, and everything in between, we set out in search of a durable leather flip flop that combined quality craftsmanship with an affordable price tag. To our surprise, we couldn't find one. So, four years ago, we decided to make our own.

What began as a hobby in our garage soon became a family passion project. We spent countless hours designing, testing, refining, and perfecting every detail. Along the way, we remained committed to using quality local materials and creating products built to last.

After years of trial and error, plenty of lessons learned, and no shortage of sun-soaked inspiration, iiflopsi officially launched at the end of last year. Seeing our flip flops go from a simple idea in a garage to being worn by people across the country has been an incredible journey.

At iiflopsi, we believe flip flops are more than just footwear. They're part of the moments that matter most — beach days, family holidays, braais with friends, weekend adventures, and memories made under the African sun.
