We have a broad range of different colours and leather textures in our men's and ladies' collection, if you see something special on FB or Instagram that you like, please send us a DM or call us and we will certainly try our best to make what you are looking for, sometimes there are leathers we cannot get again unfortunately.

iiflopsi's can take time to "brake in." You can have a shower in them for the first couple of wears, which will help to start the wear in process, general wear in can take a couple of days to a couple of weeks dependent on your use.

In the very unlikely scenario, your flip flops are too small and do not fit at all, please contact us for an exchange, we will make you a custom fit.

That depends on you. Many customers are still wearing their first pair after years of use. If you drag your feet even a little bit, the tread will grind off, which shortens the lifespan of the flip flops significantly.

The short answer is around 5 hours per pair. iiflopsi uses a minimum 220-step process that’s done almost entirely by hand. We focus on perfection and precision — not speed. In a world of instant gratification, iiflopsi's aim is to handmake flip flops that last.

Yes, water is no problem. When letting them dry, put them in the shaded area to dry overnight.

Our iiflopsi's are forever moving, if we have your style and size in stock, shipping will take 3-4 days to main areas from when your order is placed. If we need to make you iiflopsi's, please add an additional 2 days.

Some early pairs of iiflopsi's flip flops are now in need of conditioning. However, creating a beautiful and timeless patina on the leather is desirable. We will offer select conditioning products on our website soon. In the meantime, you can use a damp cloth to wipe off excess dirt on newer pairs.

The email address that you used when placing your order will receive a notification from the courier company with an airway bill number and a link to track your shipment.

Shipment to main areas should take no longer than 3-4days, shipments going to outlying areas will take between 5-7working days.

Shipping is free to main areas. To outlying areas, we will contact you and let you know if there are any additional charges.
